Staff Pharmacist

Work alongside our Pharmacist in Charge to support both growth and backfill needs, with a clear path into PIC and leadership as we expand into multi-state operations.

Verify and dispense compounded prescriptions
Compound non-sterile preparations
Collaborate with prescribers on custom formulations
Support inventory management and HIPAA compliance
Mentor technicians and improve workflows

Active Wisconsin pharmacist license (required)
PIC-specific licenses in additional states (preferred)
Compounding experience preferred — trainable for the right person
Strong attention to detail, regulatory compliance
